We take your mineral and crystal delivery seriously here. If you have been collecting specimens for as long as I have you will have run into a few broken pieces when received. I wrap all pieces in toilet paper, packing paper or bubble wrap depending on the chemichal composition. I know that each piece can be more or less stable than others which is why I take the time to research the physical properties and formation of each mineral I own to ensure they will stay intact until you unwrap them. I never want anyone to receive a pretty piece of nature broken like I have!
